• Established in 1997, Independent Examiners Ltd is a small firm based on the south coast. Whilst its core business remains the independent examination of charity accounts, expertise has been built in the following areas: Charity Formation – including the incorporation of existing charities, Gift Aid, Charity Management, Consultancy, Training and Book-keeping.

• We have some 800 clients throughout England, Wales and Scotland including one or two in Northern Ireland. Independent Examiners Ltd is uniquely placed since all its functions are carried out in-house meaning that it is able to work closely with all its clients whether faith-based or secular, large or small and, as such, has a good overall understanding of the charity sector..
