Fees

Our current fee to set up a Charitable trust is £630 + p&p + VAT .
This includes:

1. Agreeing the governing document and having it duly signed.
2. Completing negotiations with the Charity Commission.
3. Continual advice and support throughout the whole process.
4. A Post Registration Guide to help the charity with the next stage of its life.

Our current fee to set up a Charitable Company is £840 + £20 disbursements + p&p + VAT .
This includes:

1. Agreeing the Memorandum and Articles of Association and having it duly signed
2. Completing formalities with Companies House
3. Negotiations with the Charity Commission
4. Continual advice and support throughout the whole process
5. A Post Registration Guide to help the charity with the next stage of its life.

Our current fee to set up a Charitable Company to replace an existing registered unincorporated Charity is £1,050 + £20 disbursements + p&p + VAT.
This includes:

1. Our Incorporation Implementation Guide
2. Agreeing the Memorandum and Articles of Association and having it duly signed
3. Completing formalities with Companies House
4. Negotiations with the Charity Commission
5. Continual advice and support throughout the whole process
6. A Post Registration Guide to help the charity with the next stage of its life.

Unincorporated Associations

For small organisations that have a membership, we will register the charity on the basis of a Constitution. The Trustees normally form a Management Committee and we recommend that you contact us for more details.

We provide a FREE REVIEW of your governing documents. Any recommendations that we might make as a result of the review are quoted for separately.

2. Our standard consultancy rate is £80 per hour pro rata + VAT

Our examinations fees vary depending on the amount of work involved and the complexity of the case.

 

Starting from as little as *£250 + VAT, we offer one of the most competitively priced services in the country.

 

Preparation and Examination from just *£400 + VAT

 

*We reserve the right to review our fees should negotiations become complicated.

We provide a Company Secretary Service from £50 per month (this is not currently subject to VAT)
Our service includes:

1. Acting as Registered Address
2. Filing the Companies House Annual Return
3. Maintaining the Register of Directors and Members
4. Filing Special Resolutions
5. Providing a tailored diary of the Charity’s various filing deadlines
6. Sending prompts so that statutory filing requirements are met

Our comprehensive payroll service is charged at the following rates:

1. Initial (one-off) setup fee - £75 +VAT
2. Processing fee for one employee - £20 + VAT per month
3. Processing fee for each additional employee - £10 + VAT per month
4. Year-end work required is based on an hourly rate of £45 + VAT per hour

Consultancy Service

Our initial consultation is free.

Consultancy service charges are - £850 + VAT per day

• We offer a 25% discount for all voluntary sector organisations
• Smaller charities of less than 5 staff can get an increased discount of up to 50%

Project Management

Fees are based upon the scope of works and will be agreed on a project specific basis. Our fees will be proportionate with the scale of the project and our anticipated level of involvement.
