- Being late costs more! - Are you aware of the changes to the late filing penalty charges for
Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships.
If you deliver your accounts late by even one day to Companies House, you will incur Late Penalty Charges.
These penalty charges increased in February 2009 and are as follows:
Not more than 1 month late: £150
More than 1 month but not more than 3 months late: £375
More than 3 months but not more than 6 months late: £750
More than 6 months late: £1500
In addition, you may incur double penalties if you filed late in the previous year.
