Being late costs more! - Are you aware of the changes to the late filing penalty charges for Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships.
If you deliver your accounts late by even one day to Companies House, you will incur Late Penalty Charges.

These penalty charges increased in February 2009 and are as follows:
In addition, you may incur double penalties if you filed late in the previous year.
