Independent Examination

• This is our core activity. We have carried out over 5000 examinations of charity accounts, and we continue to build up the team of staff experienced in preparing accounts to meet the legal requirements and carrying out the statutory examination.
• Our examiners are encouraged to continue their training and to register with the Association of Charity Independent Examiners ACIE. We have several Fellow members (FCIE) who are able to examine charities up to the increased £500,000 turnover limit as directed in the Charities Act 2006 and Companies Act 2006.
• We currently carry out examinations up to the £250,000 turnover limit and also the increased £500,000 turnover limit on all accounts with a year commencing 1st February 2007. Above this figure an audit applies, but we can still prepare the accounts and we have a list of auditors who work with us.

• We provide a fast, high quality service which is fully guaranteed. Our turnaround standard is 28 days, but we can often work to an earlier deadline if necessary. Our fees are related to turnover, and significantly lower than most of our competitors.
