IEL Management Services Ltd offers a detailed Company Secretary Service. We act as your registered address and look after the appointment/retirement of directors, filing the Annual Companies House Return, remind you of filing dates for the annual accounts, liaise with HMRC regarding Corporation Tax and generally aim to ease the administrative burden on charities.

All this for a monthly fee of £40 and this is not currently subject to VAT.
