At Independent Examiners, we are closely monitoring the current Covid-19 situation, and will continue to follow operational guidance as set by the UK Government.
It is our priority to minimise our employees and customers exposure to the virus, and have put in place stringent continuity programs to ensure we remain resilient and able to provide outstanding service. Therefore, the following precautions are in place to reduce the possibility of infection and spreading of the virus.
Staffing
We have implemented a work from home policy for our employees, and all staff have full access to emails and office systems.
Office
The office will remain open, and is being managed by essential staff only. We are now limited to the number of calls we can take at any one time; if we are unable to take your call, please leave a message and a member of staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Voice messages are also forwarded to the support email address.
Customers
We have requested that customers refrain from visiting the office to minimise face-to-face contact. Should you need to collect or deliver documents, please call in advance, so we can arrange for a member of staff to greet you.
We have been utilising DocSafe technology to facilitate the secure electronic transfer of customer documentation, and would encourage all customers to consider this option.
